Start With The End In Mind!



You're tired of being stuck but can't figure out how to start considering better options. A change is necessary, perhaps imminent – for your emotional and physical health. Unfortunately, your compass needle is also stuck, and you don't know where to go and what to do to kickstart a change.

Try this simple exercise to recalibrate yourself and break the inertia.

Write your obituary.

When it comes to the end, who will you have been? What will you have done? Writing your obituary will give you insight into your core values and aspirations and the legacy you wish to leave behind. By imagining how you want to be remembered through writing your obituary, you can clarify your goals and design a life that aligns with your values and desires.

When you can start with this end in mind, you'll know how best to navigate to your next chapter in life.
