1. Services Offered: We offer life coaching services designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. The services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, and digital resources.

2. Client Responsibilities: You agree to: 

1. Provide accurate and truthful Information during the coaching sessions. 

2. Be punctual for scheduled coaching sessions. 

3. Be open to feedback and actively participate in the coaching process. 

4. Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions. 

5. Notify your coach of any changes in your circumstances that may impact the coaching process.

3. Client Progress and Results: Clarify that results may vary from person to person, and clients should not expect guaranteed outcomes. You could also mention any case studies or success stories with the understanding that individual results can differ.

4. Code of Conduct: Define expected behavior for the client and the coach during coaching sessions, emphasizing mutual respect and professionalism.

5. Disclaimer: Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

6. Payment and Refund Policy 

1. Payment: You agree to pay the fees for coaching services as specified by us. 

2. Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion. 

7. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions and personal Information shared with your coach will be kept confidential unless required by law or you grant permission to share Information.

8. Intellectual Property 

1. All content, materials, and resources provided to you are the intellectual property of Lighthouse Life Design and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission. 

2. You may use coaching materials for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

1. You may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. 

2. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without proper notice.

10. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if the client's behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services' use.

12. Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. By using Lighthouse Life Design's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
