As a rule, I work less frequently with job search and career trajectory challenges for clients. Rather, I love to partner with people feeling “stuck” in their careers and lives. We dig deep into core values and how they might redesign a life for better alignment between who they are and what they do. The goal isn’t to pinpoint exact work/life balance; it’s better than that.
